Kumi Hayase, born and raised in Kumamoto Japan.
She currently lives and works as a freelance photographer in New York City.
She has a fascination and deep passion for shooting the food that she meets in her daily life.
Her goal is to bring out the personalities of the food that she captures along with
the atmosphere of the place and people creating the food.
